Our Story
Hachi was started by founding members of Atari-Ya, the notable distributor of high quality ingredients to Michelin starred restaurants throughout London. With decades of experience and expertise identifying and importing the finest cuts of Wagyu meat from our established supply network across Europe and Japan, we decided to capitalise on our prominence within the Japanese food sector by creating a concept we are truly passionate about. Hachi is our first restaurant which we launched in Brewer Street at the end of 2018. Here we strive to maintain our impeccable reputation by providing an exceptional standard of food to our customers, carefully selecting the ingredients we use ensuring every person has a memorable dining experience and does so in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
